The musical part is an add on to a standard toilet. The only ones I have ever seen play college fight songs, and is the sort of thing one buys at a college gift store. In addition to the flush, there are musical toilet seats and musical toilet paper holders.

I did hear about a company in Japan called Inax that has come out with a musical toilet as well. I know they sell bidet seats in the US. Perhaps if you can find a local distributor they can get one for you.
