Where can I buy a top hat from?

I am going to T-Pain's concert and I want to wear a top hat. As many of you well know, T-Pain wears top hats almost all the time. I want to wear one to his concert. I have third row seats and I want him to notice me. I think T-Pain will notice me if I wear a top hat. Also, how much do they cost? Please give me serious answers only. I don't want any stupid answers. If you own a top hat, where did you buy it?

topshop have top hats in in various colours.

they also have a pierrot hat. :D

and i dont think he will notice you for wearing a top hat.
