I have a Uk phone (220 volts) and i need to charge it in canada (110 volts). Where can i buy a transformer here in canada?

  1. You could get a travel adapter, but it might be easier (and cheaper) to get a charger that is universal voltage.

    The kind I like are the USB style, so you can use the same cord for a wall, car or PC. That's what an iPhone comes with and it's a great thing.

  3. I hope yuno transformer hav volts & amps (or watts).

    Volts output gotta match wot yu need.  & transformer gotta be big nuff tu suppli how many amps yu need.

  4. Most department or appliance stores will carry these.

    BUT, most small appliances do not need a transformer. They will operate on anywhere from 100 to 240 volts. Read the documentation. In that case you just need a plug adaptor, that you can get at any drugstore.

    If you do need a transformer, look in the docs for the power required, and get a transformer that size or larger.
