Where can I buy affordable, well fitting skinny jeans?

I'd like to find skinny jeans that are comfortable and preferably not over $40. Where should I look?

pac sun has a sale two for 55.  they aren't my favorite skinny jeans in the world, but they are pretty good for that price.

pacsun    macys    urban outfitters  but they are more than your price but the ones on sale could work

5-7-9 is the best for me.. you can get a skinny jean for $20 to $25 and it looks similar to the  abercombine or hollister's, they are stretchable, nice fit. and very very comfortable.

haha! i love skinny jeans. i got two for 11.99 at kohls and they weren't even on sale. and a pair for 19.99 at rue 21. they are bright blue. and then i got black and plaid skinny from wet seal my favorite store. for 24.99
