You need to go to your nearest Seafood, or Asian Seafood market.

Asians, really have a good understanding of seafood, they eat almost anything that swims, or lives in the water.

I am generalising a bit but, you get my point.

That is also, one of the reason why Asian People are still some of the healthiest people on this planet, they eat well.  Different than westerners, but they still eat for high nutritional value, not for taste, or flavor alone  like westerners.
