Where can I buy an EVAP hose for a 2002 Dodge Neon?

I have a split EVAP hose on a 2002 Dodge Neon. I've looked everywhere online but I can't seem to find the part I need! The hose is one of 3 that is attached to the EVAP canister. The number on the hose is 34611 then it says 04891047-AC-B. I don't understand why this is so hard to find! All the websites I've visted do not even have a section for emission system parts. Why is that? I'm guessing this is probably a dealer part but shouldn't I be able to find it SOMEWHERE online at an OEM part supplier? If so, where?
