I have seen one such theme given away by Heineken Beers in their promotion  but make of plastic.  I think one should be able to get hold of one in shops dealing in corporate gift or gift shops.  If you intend to have in bulk try some corporate gift supplier or those from the advertising industires (dealing in hampers, corporate gifts, trophies, caps, badges, ....etc  specially cater for the corporate and sporting industries)
