Go to a bycicle shop ( we owned one) ask for a "bike box" they have dozens they throw away when they take the bike out.

Spray paint the box black, wear black pants, get white paper plates and cut them into squares for the buttons. Pull up a close up shot of an iphone online, now print each of the button pictures and glue to the plates.

You get the idea, now roll with it...I bet you can do it for 5 bucks and it will be the best costume!
