Where can I buy bottled or empty bottle of whisky of 4.5 litres volume.?

I would ask your local pubs. If they can't give you their empties, they may prepared to order them in for you.

Search on the internet for Rehoboam.  That's the name given to a wine bottle that holds 4.5 litres, or 6 normal 0.75-litre bottles of wine.

Try duty-free shops in airports or near port-of-entries between borders. I saw a biga** bottle of Crown Royal at one such store awhile back at least 3L coulda been more I honestly don't remember.
