Ebay is always a good one to look at.  If not, contact your local surf shop.  There are always used boards in local shops.  If you're just starting, don't be tempted to buy any board that is smaller than about 7 foot unless you want to have a bad time learning.

There is nothing at South Padre, we just got home from there. There is only 1 Surf Shop on the Island, and they only sell New. Try to buy on EBay, Or check on line for some shops in Florida (which is where I'm from originally) maybe, Aqua East, Ron Jons, Sunrise. You may even check for some in Cali. It's up to you and how much shipping you are willing to pay. GOOD LUCK!
