  1. www.cheaptickets.com

  2. Save Money On The Internet!

You can save money by doing web searches such as "cheap Vietnam airfares", check consolidators, travel sections of large newspapers and specialty travel agencies.  When you use Expedia, etc. watch for "code share" arrangements by airlines.  "Code shares" are when a US airline shares flights with an overseas carrier.  If you find a code share check the overseas carrier, sometimes the fares will be 100s of dollars less!  There are many overseas carriers that are not listed on Expedia, etc.  Look for these during you web searches.

By the way, June is in the "High Season" - airfares are more expensive then.

I've been to Vietnam 5 times.  Vietnam is Awesome!!

  3. Ah, good question.  There are none, at least not that I know of.  Tickets to Vietnam are strangely expensive, especially during the summer.  Trust me, I go almost every year, and it is impossible to get a cheap price for tickets.  Sorry about that, but there's not much to do about it.  I'm from Cali too.

  4. besthotelscanada.com

check out their prices- it will search them and I find them cheaper than the other online travel sites

  5. Contact a Vietnamese owned travel agency. In addition to getting your visa, they will give you the best price on a ticket. I am leaving soon from the east coast and will pay $1080 (RT) for my flight and visa. You can't beat a good travel agent.

    Enjoy !

BTW: If you're going to Saigon,it should be a very cheap flight. It will be the rainy season. Make sure you leave before the kids get out of school for the summer or it will be both crowded and expensive. The prices fluxuate in June.

  6. Well it depends where are you from? because if you are in the OC you can get the tickets from asian mall, there should be some kinda deal.... But always buy your ticket in advance cuz its usually cheaper....

  7. Here are the sites I always use for my overseas travel (and I got 22 stamps on my passport last year)

    www.kayak.com

    www.onetravel.com

    www.sidestep.com

    www.cheaptickets.com

That should about do it. If you have some flexibility in your travel dates, Kayak will let you put in 3 days before and after, to get the best price after you register with them. Have a fun trip
