  1. You can bake it your self.  I'm not sure what the metric equivelant is :

    Cup of corn meal

    1/2 pint of milk

    1 egg

    Mix in bowl. Grease a loaf pan and heat your oven  to 350 F. Bake for 30- 45 minutes

    and let cool.
