  1. I use the essential oils of rosemary and sage rather than the dried herb.  Not only is it over 90% more potent to use the lifeblood of the plant, essential oils are highly concentrated and can be used for numerous purposes.  Rosemary is good for the cardiovascular system digestion/elimination, muscle and bone issues, good for the liver, enhances mental clarity and concentration and more.  Sage essential oil can be used to help regulate hormones/pms, liver supportive, circulatory stimulant, antifungal, antiviral and more.  While you can get rosemary and sage herbs at any supermarket, therapeutic grade essential oils are far superior.  Just one drop of peppermint, for example, is equalivant to 22 cups of peppermint tea.  Isn't it great that we have a natural choice?

  2. Well if you happen to live in the high desert of california.

    The Twisted Willow

    14425 7th street

    victorville CA 92395

Otherwise.  I would type it into dogpile.com (search engine.)  or go to ebay.  They have it.

  3. Dried Rosemary and Sage, and lots of other really fresh dried herbs at http://bulkherbstore.com

  4. You can find it in the spice section of a grocery store. Also, bulk sections in grocery stores sometimes have spices as well. You can find both of these there, since they are very common herbs.

  5. At the grocery store

  6. high quality herbs and therapeutic grade essential oils are available from Mountain Rose Herbs (mountainroseherbs.com).  but these are herbs that you can easily grow in pots and dry youself, if you'd like to.
