now I have not bought dry ice in st. louis, I have in kansas city.  You should be able to ask the local grocery store and they should have it on hand.  If you have tried that and it hasn't workd look in the phone book for the honey baked ham company, and omha steaks.  Omha steaks would be the best, they ship steaks all over the US packed in dry ice.  They should help you.
