I'd suggest not buying figure skates online. With sizing that changes from every model and brand of skate you have to be sized for skates so you know that you get the right size because nothing is worse than skates that don't fit right. As far as buying equipment online there are certain things like soakers and things that are just fine to buy online, often times you are able to get a better deal online than from skate shops.

The only site that sells skate stuff that I know of that accepts pay pal is www.skatebuys.com
