Where can I buy flexible forms for creating a purse?

Looking to design hand bags and wondering if forms are on the market, and if not what is the best material to use to make my own?

There really is no 'best' material.  I have made bags out of place mats, hemp, cigar boxes, oatmeal boxes,  cereal boxes,  license  plates, upholstery fabrics, blue jeans, quilts, crocheted and knitted and felted,  just about any and everything can be used to make bags.....
