Where can I buy fluorescent powder?

Can I buy fluorescent powder in a local drug store, in the supermarket, or do I have to buy it online? I was curious because it doesn't look like the type of stuff you'd buy in your local neighborhood store. Please Help!!!!!!!! Thank you

I doubt seriously you'll find fluorescent powder in a drug store or supermarket, but you will find it in places that sell police supplies, or maybe one of the stores that supply security officers.
