Where can I buy formal, vegan footwear?

Question

What brands and what stores? Price is no object, but I'd rather spend less than more. I need to try them on before I buy them because I despise uncomfortable shoes.

but ive noticed that even in target they have all man made shoes. I have some nice high heels from there that are man made

A lot of the shoes at cheap stores like Target and Payless are non-leather because it's less expensive. You just have to read the label.
