Where can I buy full strenth or undiluted vinegar?

I heard this works really well on weed problems, I've tried the distilled, but it's just way too diluted. However, I have no idea where to buy the full strength stuff.

You are looking for horticultural vinegar. I don't know where you are, but you can try natural pesticide shops and organic nurseries. You will have to call around. If you can't find any locally, you can order it off the internet.

You can buy it from the grocery stores in the organic or natural food sections. They sell a brand called Bragg. The trick is take a tablespoon full and then chase it with 8oz of water.
