  1. You can buy it bulk at Sun Harvest.  It's a lot cheaper that way than it is if you buy a little box at the grocery store.  It's worth finding, because it does make a difference in how well the bread rises and gives it more of a silky texture.

  3. I don't know why you would need it as it is already present in flour.

  4. You can some times find it in the baking aisle, near the flour. Most of the time it will be from Red Mill, I think is the name of it.

    You can also find it in Amish markets, near the flour.

    That's my Google search for "gluten"..several on line places..  I know we have a local "flour mill" that grinds his own flours, grains,  bread flour, beans for soup..etc. and he sells gluten on his shelves. Check your local phone book for "Flour Mill"
