  1. Health food stores stock it as well as most large supermarkets. Often they are kept in the freezer compartment.  You can also make it yourself using packet mixes found in the health food aisle of the supermarket.

    Keep an eye out for specialty gluten-free stores, or a Coeliac Society store.

  3. Whole Foods have a selection of gluten free breads, and other upscale supermarkets do too.

    You can get them online too; I use www.kinnikinnick.com that have a good selection of excellent gluten free breads and cookies.
