Where can I buy glutinous rice flour in Pasco County, Florida?

I want to make kimchi and the recipe requires glutinous rice flour (like Mochiko). Do they sell this in the supermarket or is there any Asian grocer markets around my area that someone has been to/knows of?

Does anyone know where I can buy it online?

I am in Tampa!  Call and ask first:  We have a large Thai population in this area, the Thai stores usually carry it.
