Where can I buy/ have a Link (Wind Waker) costume made in the Philippines? (NCR)?

I'm trying to avoid buying from the internet, as I would like to pay the store/tailor myself, and not ask my parents to buy for me. Only problem is, I'm having great difficulty on finding a good store/tailor to do the job. Since it's the Wind Waker costume, It isn't that difficult to make I'm sure. Oh, and the ears, boots and gear as well. Where might I get those in the Philippines? (I have no talent in sewing, so that is out of the question)

the best thing to do is to look for a good tailor in your neighborhood, then buy some materials - cloth,etc that would be used.

explain to the tailor what you want and need.it would be a bit costly but since we don't have that in the Philippines, then better opt for this option.
