Where can I buy herbs?

Where can I buy herbs and other plants for consumption and for potpourri? A general store would be great but if you could give me a specific 1, i live in philadelphia. Thanks

  1. A good (and inexpensive) source of herbs are your local Food Co-op. There are two in Philadelphia:

    Usually you can become a member and get a discount. They usually offer classes on things like using herbs.

    Richter's sells both seeds and plants to many varieties of herbs. They also carry some rare species that might be nice for your potporri :)

  4. usually the grocery store, like safeway or tiny toms (whatever its called) or ralphs. but you can also go to the farmers market, whewre everything is cleaner and organic, which is what i preffer
