Where can I buy hops in Washington, DC?

I just purchased an at home brewing kit, and so I want to start buying hops soon, but I don't want to do it online. Does anyone know any places that sell hops in DC or very close?

I don't know of any specific places in Washington, but for sure there are some near by (in Baltimore, for example)
