Where can I buy horseback riding boots?

I really want to horseback ride but I need to find a place that sells boots. My riding friend says I don't have to buy actual riding boots but any boot with heel. Where can I find these? I wish to buy the boots in stores! NOT online stores like backinthesaddle.com..please HELP!! Also I live in northeastern ohio...if that helps

Do a local search (either online or yellow pages) for "equestrian" and "tack shop."  Most tack shops will carry items for both English and Western riders.

eBay is good, i know you stated that you didn't want to shop online, but if you find it impossible to find them in-store, then i think you may have to resort to it. Ask around in shoe shops and see what they say, they might be able to order in
