Where can I buy individual eyeshadow palette??

Question

I know this sounds pretty silly... but i've been wondering about this for a long time..

and i think it is a really really creative idea...

but since i've always been using eyeshadow from maybelline, revlon and the like (which are already in their own packages),, i have no idea where to buy those individual palette.. could you guide me here???

oh and... make sure they're not expensive... drugstore prices perhaps...
