  1. They should carry it in health food stores like Whole Foods. Try the Farmer's Market on State Street. Usually Farmer's Markets have herbs and lemongrass shouldn't be too hard to find.

  3. There is a asian food market in the KMart shopping center that sells fresh lemon grass.  It is on the corner of Storke & Hollister in Goleta.
