Where can I buy litmus paper?

everyone could be right but I think a tropical fish shop could sell you some or at least the liquid that they use for PH testing

Sometimes pharmacies, health stores, etc., but most definitely a medical laboratory.  If you can't find any you can make your own by taking white construction paper and soaking it in freshly crushed blackberries or red cabbage then letting it dry.
