Well i don't know where you are at, but a lot of places can help you out with this.  I know Kinkos can help, the UPS office, FedEX, and a lot of other places.  There are small post offices (that aren't necessarily the Post Office) that can help.  They are usually like PO Box offices.  They carry packaging equipment, like tape, bubble wrap, boxes ect.  Oh also U-haul and places like that carry bubble wrap and tape if that is all you are looking for.

I believe Walmart sells them in the office supply area somewhere and also office supply stores

Hello,

Try your local Sams Club, Costco, BJ's, etc.  The larger warehouse type of places which are in every state.  Convenient because you can shop right online if you don't feel like leaving your house.  You can look them up online (example: www.Samsclub.com). Even if you don't have a membership card, if you ask around you will usually find at least one friend of family member who does.  They will also let you shop without a card for a day as a trial.  Sometimes they don't show all their products online, but I have seen the bubble packages there as well as bubble wrap.  Very cost effective if you have a business and will use it regularly.
