what's the bulk barn & M.???? Try  specially dept. of ur local  grocer,  &  ask  if u have too !!! Grocers  hire people, for people  just in ur predicament...Good-luck

If you mean merangue, it's easy to make, so why bother buying it powdered?  You just separate the eggs, being careful not to get a speck of yolk in the whites, beat the whites until lhey've liquefied, at which point you add a bit of salt and the sugar (assuming this is to be sweet) and keep beating until you get the consistency you want.
