Where can I buy or rent a Niles Intellifile II programmer?

Where can I buy or rent one besides ebay? There is only an intellifile I on ebay right now that won't program intellicontrol remotes. Just need it to program out HT system.

Anyone have one I could rent or know where I can buy one?

I dont think that answers the question for him. I bought one on ebay and used it on my systems without a degree from Niles. I did download a tutorial though. Maybe I have a gift, so if anyone knows of any companies that need a person with just that responsibilty I would like a job like that.
