I am in Florida and I am talking about buying in a big scale. So, it could be from South America, West Coast US, anywhere.

  1. You need to be more specific with your requirments.  Organic implies only cotton or hemp and do you mean "grown organic" or "processed organic".  Processed organic is much harder to find.  Eco-friendly can include synthetics, but in most cases these are either inferior to normal production or have 1.5-5x the cost.  For the cotton, start with Cotton Inc. to find known producers. If you include synthetics, more details will be needed. You could also contact a company like R.L. Stowe who makes dyed yarn and work with them to have the fabric made.

Also, you mention on a big scale.  In the textile business, that will be 50000-100000 yards.  Also, have a number in mind.  For smaller lots, see the second reference for some contacts.
