Do you have Wal-Mart in Toronto?  if so, they carry them in the Camping/Fishing/Firearm area....its around 9 buck...

You don't have to buy it. You can make it urself just by getting a empty spray bottle, and then buy habanero peppers and when they produce pickle them using vineger and very hot hot sauce then wait about a week then pour the vinegar wich will be very hot into a squirt gun then spray in peoples eyes.
