    You could try

    Canadian Tire,

    Lee Valley Tools,

    Princess Auto

    All of them carry it as metal polish compound.

    It comes in a stick or slab form in various sizes and colours.

    If you need a fair amount of it, try Lee Valley or go directly to Princess Auto. CTC sells kits, but the others sell it individually.

    The different colours denote the amount of abrasiveness of each bar.

    Appropriately, the red stick/block is the one most commonly referred to as Jeweller's rouge.
