Where can I buy "novelty" ID in Toronto?

I'm just looking for a place to buy a "novelty" ID...quite simple :)

There used to be these "underground" shops along Yonge street back in the day that had them. I call them underground because they were the stores that were below street level and not to imply anything else. You would know these stores becuase they were filled with black t-shirts with logos to bands. You would also be able to find spike braclets.

Most of them are located north of Dundas along Yonge, east and west sides. They start dying out past Collage Street.

I have seen them in some dollar and party stores, but could you not just make one on your computer? Use packing tape for laminate even!
