Where can I buy red palm oil?

I've been scouring the internet on behalf of a friend who immigrated here from Sierra Leone. We live in Orange County, Ca. Apparently it's a prime ingredient in his down home cooking.

A reliable website will also do. No links to search engines please. Best would be the name of a grocer chain or private company that sells the stuff by the gallon. Thanks.
