How badly do you want them?  You can certainly get seahorses, or just about any other kind of aquarium fish, from Premier Aquarium Service [phone], or [e-mail].   The problem is that  you will pay for it.  They specialize in doing custom aquarium set-ups and maintenance.  They also sell the fish, but they are very high-end. http://www.premieraquarium.com/

Maybe a better option for most people is a place like Aquatropics.  They have a very big selection.

And while I haven't been to an Aqualand store in a long time, I know that they had seahorses at one time.  So they might be worth a call as well.

Of course, whenever you are talking about live stock, there is always a good chance that the store will be out of them on the day you are looking.  That's even more true with marine fish, which are not as easily bred as tropicals.  So there is always an element of luck and/or waiting involved.
