Any where they sale pens!  Sharpies are the sharp tipped permenant markers.  They now come in every imaginable color, but the black are easiest to find.  They have a gray shaft and black cap, and cost around $1.

Try Staples or even WalMart!  Staples has them and WalMart probably does.

At, virtualy ANY grocery market, convenience store and bait shop in the nation.

That's why I do ALL my inking, now, with a Sharpie marker.  If I am ever in the field and my marker runs dry, I can find replacements anywhere.  I don't have to go out and find any kind of specialty art supply store to locate one.
