Pretty much any grocery store.  Look for either MinuteMaid or CountryTime.  It's in the aisle with the juices.

Some grocery chains also have their own packaged powdered lemonade drink mix, and it's okay.

What makes really good lemonade is the frozen concentrate that you mix up with water. Any brand, even store brand/generic is good.
