Where can I buy songs that I do not have to download the software onto my computer?

I am willing to pay for the song but I do not want to download the program onto my computer. It also has to be able to download onto iTunes. Namely, I want the song Please Be Mine by the Jonas Brothers from their first album which is not available on iTunes, and to buy the CD is like $60+. If you know somewhere I can get that song, I can also count it as the best answer. Thanks!

You can, but all the ways I know involve installing somebody's program.  Pirate Bay, an enemy of Sony, Inc., may have something.  You could also look at allofmp3.com.  Be careful, though, the off-the-wall ways to get music often also expose you to c**p you *really* don't want.
