Where can I buy soul trap scrolls on Oblivion (Elder Scrolls IV)?

yes, I've traveled all across Cyrodil, and I can't find ANY scrolls. =(

Idk.  Here's a tip: DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME LOOKING FOR SCROLLS!  Instead, just get your magika skill up and buy the spell soul trap at any of the Mage's Guilds.  You can enchant a weapon to have a soul trap effect.  Or you can just find Umbra's sword.  It has a soul trap effect that lasts for 60 seconds each time you hit the creature.  It's a lot simpler.  

HERE'S A TIP FOR HOW TO GET UNLIMITED BLACK SOUL GEMS.  There's some mission, I don't remember which one, but I do remember that you end up going to the top of a mountain, or hill, where you find a necromancer next to an altar and a cave entrance.  You kill the necromancer and then go search inside the altar and there's a black soul gem.  OK, NOW YOU HAVE TO DO THE DUPLICATION GLITCH.

To do this glitch, bring back an arrow like you're going to shoot it and go to your items menu.  Next, go to your equipped arrows and try to unequip them.  Something should come up and say that you can't unequip them while attacking.  Last go to the black soul gems and drop one of them.  Now exit the item's menu and watch it rain black soul gems.  There should be as many black soul gems as you have arrows.  You can repeat this process over and over again for duping or cloning items.

What's unique about black soul gems is that you can even capture HUMAN SOULS!  And every human soul counts as a grand soul.  So you can enchant more powerful items and recharge items faster.
