  1. The term you want to use is "Once fired brass."

Google the term once fired brass and you will find numerous sources.

If there is a gunshop that handles reloading supplies in your town, they would probably hve fired brass on hand.  That would save you big bucks in shipping charges.

    Doc

  2. Many reloading component suppliers sell 'once-fired' military & police surplus brass cases, but, with the scrap price of copper & brass on the market, these sources are rapidly drying up. Many of the on-line auction sites have this surplus brass.

Another exellent source is MidwayUSA. com.

Only problem you will find is, with the extreme popularity of .50BMG rifles currently, ALL offerings of surplus casings are usually snapped up within minutes of going on-line. Most offerings are back-ordered for MONTHS,if it is EVER in stock. . . .

  3. You might try www.gunsamerica.com or www.gunbroker.com. I looked and didn't see any .50 cal, but the offerings are always changing. You might also check with your local shooting range. I find that they are usually a good source of all kinds of information.

  4. go to fort drum and ask fer used casing

  5. I'm not sure there is a market for SPENT brass for reloading; most of what I have seen has been new.  I would suggest maybe putting an ad on Craig's List looking for used brass.
