Where can I buy swim briefs? HELP?

If my waist size is a 27, where can I get one (I know I'd have to choose 26 or 28)? When I go to stores, they only carry like 30 and up. Any GOOD suggestions? Any cheap places?

  2. go to d**k's sporting goods, search online for TYR, speedo, or any other brand of briefs, online places should have more size and brand choices
