Where can I buy targeted sound speakers?

I have read about speakers that use a technology to target sound like a flashlight. Is there any place I can buy speakers like this?

There are speaker specifications dealing with directivity and dispersion, which can be affected through proper design. Speaker mfr. Turbosound has a product called the "flashlight", which  provides a narrow dispersion pattern over a long distance. It does a respectable job, but it is designed for large concert venues and can produce an SPL of over 140 decibels!  Truly high performance "Shotgun speakers", do not exist, and there are solid, incontrovertible physical reasons why those characteristics cannot be achieved, without detrimental effects to other specifications, such as the increased "suck" level. There is probably another solution to your problem. Please describe it with as much detail as possible and we will render you an opinion. Cheers!
