I emailed a seller on EBay who is selling a Teen Talking Barbie doll if she knows of anyone who has the doll that says this phrase (the doll she has doesn't say this phrase). I will let you know what she says if I get a response back. Also, this doll came out in 1992 so that may help you to narrow your search.
