Where can I buy the Echostar TR-40 DTV converter box?

I have done research about this converter box. They said that it was scheduled to come out in late June and early July, but where will they sell it? Whoever gives most descriptive and accurate answer will get best answer for sure!!!!!

it suppose to be sold at major retail locations such as jr, bestbuy and others.

I have a model dish DVR510 that  I can sell you  it should work with DTV.
