I already asked in Wallmart (Otay Ranch & Palm Promenade), Target (San Ysidro & East Lake) and at Barnes and Nobles ( Otay Ranch).

I've always found my Rolling Stone Magazines at Stater brothers. I know that sounds weird, but it could help. If not, I suggest another area like Chula Vista, Hillcrest etc. San Diego State always has magazines.
