Where can I buy the best backpack on a budget?

I need support and comfort but I'm on a under $30 budget. And it would be nice if it wasn't ugly and could fit two binders and a few textbooks.

    I would look for one of the ones in the outdoor sports category, probably a day pack, because that will give you the best support
