There are others but those are ones I know are reliable and won't rip you off.  Try amazon.com also.  They have merchants that sell tea also.

I'm sure there are plenty of others that specialize in tea, but zingermans.com has a good selection and they also have some of the best bakery items I've ever tasted.  

That and cheese, salami, nuts, chocolate, oils, spices, some of the best food from around the globe!  (although I'm trying to eat more locally, there's a few things I treat myself with now and again)
